AcroPark Private Parties

Thank you for choosing AcroPark for your private party or event!

Please take note of the following information regarding reservation and booking process.

In order to allow for our studio and our instructors to offer the best possible service, the following procedures apply:

Please email us at info@acropark.ca to find a date and time that works for both your group and the studio.
Once a date and time have been confirmed, your desired time slot will be blocked to off for you for 24 hours.
Within those 24 hours, the organizer must purchase the Private Party deposit from our online store.
The deposit will comprise the 6-person minimum attendance fee of $202.5 plus tax and is non-refundable.
If we do not receive the deposit within 24 hours from the confirmation email, the time slot will be released for other clients to book.
All additional spots over the 6 person minimum must be purchased by the organizer of the party at least 24 hours before the start of the class.
Spots that have not been added by 24 hours before the start of the class will result in some guests not being able to participate.
All participants must bring our waiver of liability duly completed and signed before the start of the class. Children must bring this with them duly completed by a parent or guardian. Participants who have not signed the waiver cannot participate in the class. Waivers that need to be filled out on site must have a parent’s signature if under the age of 18. Any delays incurred from participants not having completed the waiver on time or participants arriving late will be deducted from the total class time. All private classes start and end on time.

Jewelry of any kind must be removed before the class.
For hammock and silks, students without a t-shirt or leggings will not be able to participate and a refund for their fees will NOT be issued.
For pole, all students must wear shorts.
For hoop, please wear leggings and either a t-shirt or tank top.
Please avoid all clothing with zippers, chains, buttons etc.
Hair must be tied up.
Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat if you’d like to use them for the warm up.

Students that have consumed alcohol or drugs before the class will not be permitted to attend the class and a refund for that student will NOT be issued.
If you would like to stay at the studio after the end of the class, please purchase a room rental at the same time as you make your deposit. Instructors will not stay after the class is over unless a room rental has been purchased. The studio will be closed 15 minutes after the end of the event.
Please note that for all private parties, only the participants are permitted in the classroom. Parents, friends, relatives can wait in our lounge or in studio B if a room rental has been purchased after the class. Friends or relatives who are not participating in the class and are under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times and may not use any of the equipment in the studio while the class is being taught.

In the event that you also reserved a room rental following the class, please ensure note:

Only studio B is available for a party rental. The cost is $50 plus tax per hour.
The room rental fee has been paid at the same time as your deposit.
The walls of the room cannot be decorated, but you can bring balloons and other items to place
We provide one small folding table for you to use during the rental.
The poles in studio B will not be removed for the rental.
The pole in studio B can not be used during the rental as there is no instructor present in the room.
We will provide you with garbage bags that you can use to collect anything that you’d like us to discard after the rental.
Please take all of your belongings with you at the end of the rental. Cleaning of the floors will be completed by our staff.
